The electronic temperature controls are external front mounted which controls the temperature in your unit from inside the wine cooler. This works by adjusting the motor on or off when the temperature increases or decreases to keep the desired cooling level set.

The shelving’s in your unit are plastic coated cantilever which are odor resistant, rustproof, and easily removed for cleaning.

The doors have a magnetic gasket tight fitting seal to keep the cooling power securely locked within. You won’t find hooks or latches on any Danby wine coolers.

Danby’s warranty coverage includes: A full two year labor and parts with in home service coverage. The warranty does not cover annual maintenance cleaning and/or installation.

Recommended Use:

If you won’t be using your system for a long period of time, it is suggested  cleaning out your unit first before storing it away. Keep the door somewhat open so air will circulate inside of your unit. By doing this, you will prevent possible formation of mold and odors.  Also, do not cover shelves with aluminum foil or other material which may block air circulation.
